📋 Description

• Creating compelling and highly usable dashboards and reports to support branches across the PRHC • Helping set up the BI and reporting standards and facilitate adherence to the same • Setting up a highly engaged BI, Data visualization and reporting community at the PRHC • Developing, managing and monitoring all organizational ETL/ELT processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Strong reporting and dashboard building skills using Power BI • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating dashboards and reports using BI Tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI etc.) • Operational experience in working with a variety of business data sets, and deriving valuable key performance indicators (KPIs)/Metrics • Experience and in Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Management, Cloud Environments • Advanced proficiency and experience working with data (structured and unstructured) business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools, such as: Tableau, Power BI, Python, or other SQL platforms. • Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, Spark • Adept in operating in cloud-based data platform, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, ALDS, Fabric) • Familiarity and experience working with Data Lakes, and specifically Lakehouse formations • Passion to convey complex business “stories” through data visualization • Ability to use data, research, and experience develop engaging and intuitive data products and reports • Skilled negotiator and communicator with superior written and verbal communication skills • Advanced critical thinking, analytical and decision-making capabilities • Self-starter with excellent leadership abilities to self-guide complex work • A demonstrable passion for user experience, digital design, and technology • Results oriented and deadline driven with an ability to multi-task, set priorities, coordinate and schedule effectively • Familiar with Agile Methodologies, ideally having worked in an Agile team setting
