📋 Description

• Own monthly revenue recognition across state scholarship/agency, tuition, aftercare, and credits revenue streams under ASC 606 • Maintain deferred revenue schedules tied to the general ledger • Lead monthly consolidations across state entities into a corporate roll-up • Perform flux analysis, inter-company eliminations, and tie-outs • Review card and bill coding, vendor reconciliations, and month-end accruals prepared by the broader team • Lead finance projects including new entity/campus setup, process builds, and ad hoc analysis for the Controller and CFO • Use Cowork (Claude), NetSuite, Ramp, and Google Sheets to pull data, build tie-outs, and automate close processes • Report to the Controller and work closely with the CFO

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting experience • CPA or actively pursuing preferred, though not mandatory • Big 4 or public company experience and familiarity with processes and controls preferred • Real ASC 606 and multi-entity consolidation experience • Experience closing multi-state or multi-entity books • NetSuite (or similar ERP) proficiency • Advanced Excel/Sheets fluency • AI-forward process-building and utilization of AI for analysis • Comfortability creating processes and automation • Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application • Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed in the application
