📋 Description

• Drive new business revenue through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. • Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate qualified leads. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. • Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams. • Identify sales needs (e.g. case studies) and work with cross functional teams to complete items. • Partner with leadership to define sales strategy, target markets, and revenue goals. • Establish sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management best practices. • Represent P10 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. • Carry and deliver against an annual quota aligned with company growth goals. • Track and report on pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing/communications. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. • Deep knowledge of the pharma/healthcare agency landscape, including regulatory environments and client decision-making processes. • Strong existing network of decision-makers at pharmaceutical/healthcare companies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch. • Comfortable in a boutique agency environment where adaptability and ownership are key.
