🎯 Requirements

• Have substantial experience developing scalable backend systems. • Are proficient with serverless architectures and modern backend frameworks. • Possess strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. • Value the creation of resilient, scalable, and secure software. • Understand the critical role of collaboration in software development. • Are passionate about leveraging AI to automate and enhance web personalisation. • Value end-to-end ownership and responsibility in software development. • Are excited about leveraging AI technologies to amplify your own and your team's potential. • Appreciate balancing technical excellence with practical product delivery. • Bonus points: Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups, where adaptability, speed, and scaling engineering teams are key challenges. • Are passionate about developing GenAI agents and developing against Large Language Models (LLMs).
