📋 Description

• Own strategy and vision for a focused core product domain and lead the team’s multi-year roadmap • Navigate strategic tradeoffs involving growth, trust, speed, compliance, user experience, and operational burden • Work with Engineering leadership to architect systems that scale across new states, payment methods, and player volumes • Design products and internal tooling that reduce manual work, streamline fraud review, automate compliance checks, and reduce payout delays • Build relationships with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Data teams • Ensure the pod’s work advances shared business outcomes • Communicate vision and progress to leadership • Advocate for resources and roadmap priority • Help the broader PAM domain move as one

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 1+ years leading a small PM team or owning a critical squad • Deep expertise in at least one area: payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance/player protection • Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move meaningful business metrics • Strong people leadership skills—mentoring PMs, building team culture, creating accountability • Strategic thinking and ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs among competing priorities • Experience in regulated industries, including fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare • Mastery of web and mobile product experiences, including Apple App Store and Google Play • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Atlanta-based candidates preferred; qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. considered • Standout qualifications include scaling payments, fraud, or compliance at a fintech or gaming platform; reducing fraud loss; improving monetization; simplifying compliance; familiarity with state-by-state gaming, money movement, or consumer finance regulations; internal tooling or back-office UX experience; developing junior PMs; payment systems, fraud detection, or compliance automation knowledge; and passion for sports, fantasy sports, or gaming
