📋 Description

• Determine applicant eligibility and hiring requirements • Schedule new-hire orientations • Fulfill applicant and branch requests • Answer inquiries by researching and providing information • Explain orientation procedures and schedule or confirm appointments • Identify opportunities to upsell positions and explain current jobs • Maintain the call-center database by logging applicable information • Participate in educational opportunities • Handle additional office tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor

• Effective written and verbal communication • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to handle sensitive or difficult issues calmly and confidently • Data entry skills • Persistence and dedication to complete assigned tasks • Strong problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using standard office equipment • Good basic math skills • Strong multitasking abilities • Ability to contribute to a positive team atmosphere • Strong customer-service orientation • Detail- and results-oriented approach • Excellent listening, speaking, writing, diplomacy, and communication skills • Assertive but respectful communication with clients and team • High school diploma or GED • Minimum two years of experience working in a call center or related position • Call center or staffing experience is a plus
