📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of contact for the Go To Market teams on all customer contract types, non-standard pricing contracts, product configurations, and custom deal structures reducing deal cycle time. • Manage and facilitate the internal approval process for complex deals. • Analyze deal margins, discount levels, and custom terms to ensure profitability. • Maintain and manage pricing rules, product catalogs, and discount matrices. • Provide training and guidance to the Go To Market team on best practices. • Oversee the creation and generation of contracts. • Partner with the Legal team in managing the contract lifecycle within the CLM system. • Facilitate the final signing process through the CLM, track execution, and ensure fully executed copies are distributed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within Sales Operations, Finance, or a dedicated Deal Desk function. • Advanced working knowledge of a major CRM (e.g. HubSpot, SFDC) • Working knowledge of task management/project management softwares (e.g. Asana, Clickup, Trello) • Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Meticulous organizational skills with zero tolerance for errors in legal or financial documentation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to bridge the gap between sales urgency and corporate compliance requirements.
