📋 Description

• Inspect building damage at loss sites and estimate repair costs • Establish the value of various items associated with buildings • Follow up with the claims adjuster, policyholder, and various stakeholders (contractors, restoration professionals, etc.) • Stay up to date on material and labour costs, as well as new technologies • Comply with the mandate assigned by the claims adjuster • Submit the report and all relevant information to the claims adjuster responsible for the file, enabling them to determine the compensation payable to the policyholder • Provide an opinion on the probable cause of the loss, the depreciation of property, and whether a notice should be submitted to Underwriting
