• Full-cycle searches from kickoff to close • Build deep partnerships with founders • Create white-glove candidate experiences • Set client experiences as the gold standard • Utilize creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn • Establish tactical assessments for startup talent • Track and report wins with a data-driven approach
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years recruiting in early-stage or fast-growth environments (agency, embedded, or in-house) • Knowledge of early startup teams — product, eng, GTM, ops • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and actively hunt • Strong focus on the experience of candidates and clients • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment
