📋 Description

• Act as the primary engineering representative during early intake and cross-functional triage meetings • Ensure customer requests and quick wins move through product and solutions pipelines • Own end-to-end routing of urgent requests and translate leadership decisions into engineering action items • Bridge high-level EPD planning boards with team-level engineering Jira boards • Track dependencies with operations and product pods and ensure clear requirements from day one • Track initiatives to completion while empowering development teams • Shepherd the architectural transition away from the monolith • Ensure unified, consistent responses across BUILDER and OPERATOR interfaces • Coordinate internal engineering audits, including service resiliency questionnaires • Identify single points of failure and proactively flag business risks to leadership • Build, maintain, and scale engineering visibility dashboards for executive insights into product health and team velocity • Navigate complexities across 15+ product pods, clarify ownership boundaries, and align complex service rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Thorough understanding of software architecture concepts, including monolith vs. microservices, API versioning, and data flows • Ability to confidently discuss technical requirements with IC3s, Architects, and Engineering Managers • Proven track record of turning leadership vision or high-level meeting notes into structured, trackable project plans • Deep familiarity with mapping workflows from high-level planning boards to granular engineering Jira boards • Ability to build bridges across product pods, clarify ambiguous ownership boundaries, and drive alignment without formal authority • Ability to anticipate intake-funnel bottlenecks and resolve them proactively • Promote, maintain, and enhance cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership • Strong passion for learning about products and markets through in-house and external training • Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies
