âą Own and continuously improve the day-to-day administration of our international employee lifecycle. âą Manage contracts, employee records, and employment documentation. âą Coordinate payroll preparation and related administrative processes. âą Support onboarding and offboarding activities. âą Lead the development of a scalable and efficient People Operations infrastructure through effective use of technology, automation, and process design. âą Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Deel across international entities. âą Support the organisation's international growth by helping maintain compliant employment frameworks and robust operational foundations.
âą Extensive experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or International HR roles. âą Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, International Relations, Business Law, or a degree in the humanities, social sciences, or psychology. âą Hands-on experience working with HRIS, payroll, or global employment platforms, ideally including Deel and/or Personio. âą Experience working with international employment practices and labour law, particularly in Germany, the UK, or the Netherlands. âą Comfortable managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. âą Excellent attention to detail and maintain a high standard of accuracy when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive information. âą Professional fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
