📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on Developer: pair programming, code review, and resolving critical impediments; • Monitor team performance and provide structured feedback to support professional growth; • Participate in software architecture processes, aligning business requirements with technology; • Serve as focal point in technical refinements, supporting the architect in presenting the vision to multidisciplinary squads; • Demonstrate ability and experience to make decisions when facing blockers or unforeseen events to ensure project and team progress; • Communicate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to remove blockers and ensure delivery; • Ensure best practices for observability, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# • Knowledge of Oracle databases • Knowledge of telephony systems or IVR application development (experience with Genesys Composer is a plus) • Knowledge of API development • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
