📋 Description

• Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work instruction and training platform across manufacturing facilities in North America • Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leadership teams • Standardize work instructions and enhance workforce training • Support digital transformation initiatives • Lead site implementations • Deliver training and coach local teams • Drive user adoption • Establish sustainable governance practices • Improve operational performance and workforce development • Collaborate with manufacturing leaders across approximately 30 facilities throughout the United States and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience will be considered • Experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, employee onboarding, instructional design, workforce development, or corporate training programs • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training, engage learners, and drive adoption of learning initiatives across diverse employee populations • Strong technical aptitude with experience utilizing learning technologies, digital training platforms, or learning management systems (LMS) • Experience with Workday Learning, LMS platforms, training software, digital work instruction systems, or comparable learning technologies preferred • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies, including the Dezuki digital training platform • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel up to 50% to support training initiatives across multiple locations • Manufacturing, industrial, or operations training experience preferred but not required • Experience supporting multi-site training programs, technology implementations, or large-scale learning initiatives is a plus
