PS is a company that operates luxury private terminals at major commercial airports, providing a white-glove, low-contact travel experience for commercial airline passengers. PS offers private TSA screening and expedited Customs & Immigration, chauffeured transfers across the airfield and to/from aircraft doors, private suites and salons with dining, spa and concierge services, and optional membership benefits for priority access and rates. It currently serves LAX and ATL with additional locations coming soon and markets itself as an elevated, consumer-facing alternative to crowded public terminals and private jets.

📋 Description

• Address all incoming reservation correspondences received via phone call, text message and email. • Reservation coordination for multiple locations: approving reservations, updating reservations, cancelling reservations, etc. • Arranging ground transportation as needed based on reservation requests. • Coordination of food and/or amenity requests in collaboration with all relevant departments. • Assisting with all general inquiries received via phone call and email such as but not limited to: Membership rates, PS services, general questions, etc. • Able to proficiently use Microsoft Office and learn CRM Dynamics platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a luxury customer service/hospitality related field required. • Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting required. • Experience in a customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related leadership role preferred. • Must feel comfortable servicing high-net worth clientele. • Strong attention to detail. • Able to problem solve. • Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED. • Spanish speaker preferred. • Must have access to a quiet work environment with no background noise or distractions. • Scheduling flexibility is required including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
