📋 Description
• Partner closely with Sales throughout the sales cycle • Lead and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients • Own and continuously improve demo environments and materials • Support solution discussions by leveraging knowledge of local government operations • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and internal teams • Support RFP and procurement processes • Develop and deliver customer-facing materials • Provide ongoing enablement and training to Sales and Customer Success teams • Collaborate cross-functionally to support a seamless sales experience
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Public Administration, or a related field • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or Implementation Specialist • Direct experience working within local government or the broader public sector • Experience with delivering demos, client discussions, or solution presentations • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing solutions within a municipal environment • Strong understanding of municipal operations
