📋 Description

• Manage small clinical research projects involving fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services under direct or general supervision • Produce project deliverables according to predefined quality standards, on time and on budget • Serve as regional lead or project co-manager on complex international projects/programs • Adhere to and promote delivery and service principles when working with PSI customers • Lead project teams • Train, mentor, and coach Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs, and SMAs • Participate in feasibility research • Support business development through proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Equivalency requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research • At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research • At least 2 years of recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent • Regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
