🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in Fed Civ sales • In-depth knowledge of the Fed Civ procurement process • Experience with RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations • Knowledge of working with Federal system integrators • Ability to sell company's story and storage solutions • Authenticity and desire to engage customers • Ability to apply customer insights to technology solutions • Proven prospecting skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to assess, plan, and manage territory • Expertise leading complex sales processes • Experience outside of traditional storage for past 5 years • Consistent track record of exceeding quota • Passionate about post-sales customer success • Skilled in leveraging CRM tools for success metrics
