📋 Description

• Advise clients on family law matters with empathy and professionalism • Develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals • Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence • Empower clients through education and clear communication • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve processes and client experience • Maintain high-quality, cost-effective legal services

🎯 Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association • 1–5+ years of legal experience • Strong legal writing and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet and phone access • Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and client advocacy • Preferred: Family law experience in Washington State • Preferred experience with motions practice • Preferred experience with mediation • Preferred experience with collaborative law • Preferred experience with trial preparation or litigation • Familiarity with court procedures in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties • Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Adobe, Slack, and Apple-based systems
