📋 Description

• Develop the local brand and marketing strategy, including annual planning, initiatives, and budget, in alignment with the global brand strategy • Assume strategic responsibility for the assigned product • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market/Patient Access, Sales, and international Marketing teams • Design and implement target-group-specific marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels, including digital formats and social media • Ensure compliance with all relevant compliance and quality standards • Continuously analyze market, revenue, and cost developments • Evaluate the ongoing strategy and identify appropriate adjustments • Take responsibility for forecasting and budget control • Plan and implement strategic projects to strengthen the company’s market position in Germany • Develop training and information initiatives for internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification • Solid experience in marketing prescription medicines • Relevant knowledge and practical experience in metabolic diseases, diabetes, cardiology, or lipid metabolism • Strong analytical and digital skills • Experience in data-driven marketing and the use of AI tools • Business-fluent German and English language skills
