📋 Description

• Lead daily HVAC and sheet metal field operations • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors • Manage installation activities to meet schedule and project requirements • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and workmanship • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and field leadership • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving • Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and applicable standards • Support project milestones, turnover, and closeout • Oversee installation, manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and daily project execution across multiple states

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC/sheet metal field leadership experience preferred • Experience leading large-scale industrial or commercial projects • Strong understanding of HVAC and sheet metal installation • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to safety and quality • Willingness and ability to travel extensively • PPE is required on applicable job sites
