📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • Offer additional products during each customer interaction • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor • Work a set full-time schedule that is not Monday–Friday • Work one weekend day with one weekday off • Support bilingual Spanish and English-speaking opportunities when available

🎯 Requirements

• 12 months or more of customer service experience • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment • Ability to communicate with a variety of styles • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens • Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following QVC computer system requirements • Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours • Must reside in Virginia or an approved QVC state • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
