• RahrBSG is looking for a District Sales Rep to join our team in Dallas, Texas. • The District Sales Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets by conducting frequent in-person visits to taprooms, breweries, brewpubs, and events within their assigned district. • This role acts as the face of the company in the local brewing community, driving sales through trust, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for craft beer. • As a member of the commercial team, the District Sales Representative is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service and account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within sales, hospitality, brewing, beverage distribution, or similar industry. • Strong computer knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office—intermediate Excel skills preferred. Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Service Cloud experience a plus. • Passion for or knowledge of the craft brewing industry strongly preferred—homebrewing or fermentation experience a plus. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time within assigned territory.
