📋 Description

• Lead the technical team, promoting development best practices, code reviews and scalable architecture; • Participate in strategic decisions regarding software architecture; • Collaborate with PMs, POs, and stakeholders to align deliveries and define priorities; • Be the technical reference for the team and work hands-on when necessary; • Ensure code quality and the integrity of deliveries, focusing on meeting deadlines, cost and scope; • Strategically break projects down, remove impediments, and at the same time keep the team engaged and committed to objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in backend development with .NET (C#); • Experience in designing/modeling REST APIs; • Advanced experience with relational and NoSQL databases; • Experience with DevSecOps practices; • Knowledge of design patterns, TDD and DDD; • Familiarity with cloud application architecture and configuration; • Knowledge of messaging systems/queues; • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes; • Knowledge of automated testing; • Experience in solution design; • Experience leading technical multidisciplinary teams.
