📋 Description

• Own support requests end to end using available resources • Leverage the team to find solutions and ask questions when appropriate • Troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, and resolve user problems in a timely manner • Collaborate with the manager on pertinent issues • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Design, and other teams • Organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Coordinate multiple platforms to resolve issues and assist customers • Identify opportunities to improve CRM usage and effectiveness • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers • Implement and enforce company policies regarding CRM data and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment • Knowledge of CRM platforms; Total Expert preferred • Hands-on involvement with marketing automation and data management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with mortgage industry workflows, terminology, and compliance standards preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
