📋 Description

• Rayyan is an AI, SaaS Startup developing a research collaboration platform with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate evidence-based decision making • Remote DevSecOps/Site Reliability Engineer responsible for automation, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of web, mobile, and API applications • Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of production systems while improving build/test/deploy processes and identifying bottlenecks • Develop and maintain automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting systems, dashboards, and integrations • Deploy applications to production, plan releases, follow up on testing, troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues • Upgrade infrastructure resources, rotate secrets, upgrade databases and clusters, evaluate cloud costs and optimize spending • Work with third-party vendors for observability, security, monitoring, and error reporting; develop and execute disaster recovery plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 5 years of experience in a DevSecOps/SRE or related role • Strong experience in deploying web, mobile, and API applications in production • Strong experience in monitoring and observability tools (NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana) • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, CircleCI) • Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash • Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
