• Serve as a business advisor and coach to owners and managers on all aspects of their restaurants • Review all restaurant reports and operational audits, analyze the information and determine appropriate solutions • Review restaurants’ financial, commercial, and operational performance and identify opportunities to improve results • Conduct regular financial reviews with owners and managers • Ensure that all new initiatives are properly implemented • Act as a brand and business ambassador for Tim Hortons at all times
• Bilingual: fluent in French and English • Minimum 3 years of operational experience managing profit and loss (P&L), preferably within a high-growth consumer or retail business • University degree in business administration, full-service hospitality, or a related field • Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with others • Ability to analyze and interpret information • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various formats and with diverse audiences • Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility with scheduling
