• Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing, first meeting, closed and maintaining relationships with a book of business • Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and leveraging AI powered tools • Take prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction. • Work closely with founders, and leadership to keep a tight feedback loop between product, engineering and customer success • Help lay the foundation or the future sales organization as the company grows
• 3-5 years in Account Executive role at an early or growth stage startup • Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding quota • Excited about working in an office within LA • Builders mindset ready to grow sales strategies and assist with GTM • Proven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customers • Strong background in e-commerce, digital, or SaaS platforms • Experience building relationships directly with business owners and decision makers • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel for in-person meetings and events.
