• Liderar el desarrollo de características de alto impacto usando Java/Spring en el backend y Angular en el frontend • Colaborar con diseñadores UX para traducir wireframes y prototipos en interfaces pixel-perfect • Tomar decisiones estratégicas sobre arquitectura, migraciones y optimizaciones de rendimiento • Extender nuestra plataforma a aplicaciones móviles, asegurando la sincronización de datos y experiencias de usuario consistentes • Realizar revisiones de código, programación en pares y talleres técnicos
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ años en Java con Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate • 5+ años con frameworks de JavaScript—preferiblemente Angular • Sólida experiencia con colas de mensajes (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, …) • 2+ años diseñando y operando aplicaciones nativas en la nube en AWS • Dominio de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) y diseño de API RESTful • Excelentes habilidades analíticas; cómodo utilizando análisis de datos para derivar insights de usuarios • Excelente comunicación en inglés, tanto escrita como verbal • Autodidacta que prospera en un ambiente autónomo
