📋 Description

• Own a multi-million-dollar book of tax business • Deliver every job on time and on budget • Review returns within 3 days • Deliver returns within 2 weeks • Create a Tax Savings Blueprint for every eligible client • Conduct year-end planning meetings with every applicable client before December 31 • Coach a preparer team to identify planning opportunities on every return • Meet with practice owners to analyze their numbers and identify tax-planning opportunities • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA or EA license • 6+ years in public accounting • Experience leading and developing a tax team • Knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership tax • Trust and North Carolina experience is a plus • Genuine interest in tax strategy and ability to teach the team to identify planning opportunities • Ability to explain tax concepts to practice owners in plain English • U.S.-based • Must arrange reference calls with former managers if a finalist
