📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Oracle CX4U implementations • Serve as the primary CX4U subject matter expert in client-facing workshops • Configure Oracle CX4U modules including digital self-service portals and predictive analytics dashboards • Champion sustainability-focused CX capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of Oracle Utilities consulting or implementation experience • Hands-on experience designing integrations with smart meter infrastructure, IoT devices, or head-end systems • Strong understanding of utility billing models, outage management processes, and regulatory compliance requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics platforms • Proven track record leading full lifecycle CX platform implementations
