📋 Description

• Support core DCS operations systems, including WebEOC, ensuring reliable and efficient operation • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle • Provide tier 2 technical support and administer systems • Develop operational configurations and manage DCS operations data • Deliver training and guidance to staff and volunteers • Learn and document DCS business processes and translate requirements into technology artifacts • Investigate WebEOC operational problems and coordinate solutions • Present DCS business cases to BSI and HSIT forums for approval • Develop strategic plans with DCS stakeholders to implement the technology vision • Participate in WebEOC projects and all phases of the solution lifecycle • Formulate functional testing strategies and participate in testing • Facilitate problem resolution between IT and business teams • Maintain system updates and modifications • Develop tier 2 WebEOC support processes and workflows • Provide technical support for WebEOC operational configurations • Support permissions provisioning and systems access • Manage manual WebEOC data migrations • Evaluate, install, and customize vendor-supplied or commercial off-the-shelf WebEOC boards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required • Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Knowledge of techniques related to project/program management, business process redesign, technology awareness, requirements analysis and client relationship management • Ability to apply systems life cycle, systems integration and data management principles • Business acumen with ability to align IT priorities with business objectives • Clear and effective writing and documenting skills • Ability to work on a team • Proficiency with business assessment/modeling tools • Travel may be required • Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time • Potentially write or edit HTML and/or Javascript
