📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing supply management team • Provide strategic leadership for assigned categories, projects and initiatives • Serve as a key management-team member and primary liaison to business units and corporate functions • Build relationships with internal business clients and partners including Legal and Risk Management • Anticipate market shifts, supply chain risks and organizational needs using data, dashboards and performance metrics • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies • Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate contracts and agreements • Ensure the end-to-end procurement process from requisition through delivery operates effectively • Monitor supplier performance, assess and manage risks, resolve disputes and identify continuous-improvement opportunities • Lead or manage cross-functional projects and initiatives • Establish operating policies and procedures affecting departments and subordinate work units • Develop budgets, schedules and performance standards • Perform other duties and special assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required • 7 years of progressively responsible supply chain management or procurement experience • 5 years minimum staff management experience • Domestic travel may be required, up to 25% • Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, contracting, negotiation, supply chain risk management and supplier relationship management • Strategic and critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset • Leadership, team development and influencing skills • Effective communication and presentation skills • Daily appearance on video for meetings • Strong organization, adaptability and ability to guide teams through high-pressure situations • Strong problem-solving, financial, commercial and business acumen • Integrity, discretion and comfort managing ambiguity • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex data and financial analysis • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 applications • Authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided
