📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue, emphasizing consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and drive initiatives from ideation to completion • Influence decisions and drive change through clear recommendations, constructive challenge, and stakeholder alignment • Build models, forecasts, and business cases to guide planning, investment, and resource allocation • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and user and advertiser needs • Develop and present strategic growth initiatives based on research insights • Work with Investor Relations partners to strategically target growth in areas of investor interest • Monitor and evaluate strategic initiative effectiveness, adjusting as needed • Improve processes and reporting; drive adoption and share expertise across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles • Consumer internet or growth experience is a plus • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets • SQL is a plus • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, with sound judgment in validating outputs • Sound judgment in ambiguous situations and adaptability as priorities evolve • Track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through business partnerships • Clear communication, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to mentor peers
