📋 Description

• Work closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering leaders to build and scale the next generation of Reforge’s AI-powered tools. • Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and other modern web technologies. • Work across the frontend and backend to implement reliable, scalable functionality. • Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences. • Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews. • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the stack. • Contribute to documentation, internal tools, and shared engineering practices. • Learn from and partner with senior engineers on larger technical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience building full-stack applications, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment. • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience using React and modern frontend frameworks. • Familiarity with backend development using Node.js. • Understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, and cloud services. • Experience working with data stores such as MySQL, Redis, or similar technologies. • Ability to write clean code and work within an established engineering process. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down requirements into clear implementation steps. • Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment with a bias toward shipping. • Good communication skills - you can explain technical choices and collaborate effectively.
