• Enhance business development and customer success performance by analyzing operational data • Manage the full commercial operating rhythm, including calendars and pipeline reviews • Monitor revenue, pipeline, and customer performance metrics • Continuously analyze business development and customer success performance data • Develop strategic action plans that address performance gaps or growth opportunities • Conduct analytical deep dives into key commercial questions • Build, refine, and expand Regenified’s reporting ecosystem • Collaborate with data teams to automate reporting and streamline workflows • Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership • Strengthen customer success operations by ensuring CRM data quality
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline) • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) • Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • A data-driven, detail-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills
