📋 Description

• Own features end to end from requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stability • Deliver across frontend experiences using Angular, backend services and APIs using .NET, C#, and Python, and data layers using PostgreSQL and SQL Server • Write clean, testable, well-structured code and participate in code reviews • Design maintainable and reusable solutions that fit the broader system • Identify technical risks and delivery blockers and propose solutions • Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Infrastructure • Contribute to API design, performance, and service reliability • Mentor less experienced engineers through reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing • Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning, and own team commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience • Demonstrated full-stack delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers • Proven ownership of features end to end with accountability for quality, stability, and outcomes • Strong software design fundamentals, including API design, data modeling, separation of concerns, and component boundaries • Ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements and drive work to completion without close supervision • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team culture and code quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • RegScale is only able to hire US Citizens
