• Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps systems across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. • Build, optimize, and maintain GTM tech stacks using HubSpot (core), and optionally Salesforce and related tools. • Create scalable frameworks for lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, forecasting, and data governance. • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementation. • Develop new RevOps service offerings and internal tools that improve delivery quality and speed. • Contribute to the roadmap for proprietary RevOps accelerators (dashboards, audit tools, etc.). • Explore emerging tech (AI, no-code tools, automations) to elevate the agency’s RevOps capabilities. • Lead a team of 3–6 RevOps and HubSpot specialists. • Mentor junior team members and set clear growth paths and KPIs. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning. • Ensure delivery consistency through documentation, templates, and internal training.
• 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership (B2B SaaS or agency experience preferred). • Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (certifications required). • Proven track record of designing and scaling RevOps systems across the full funnel. • Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and forecasting models. • Experience leading RevOps teams and mentoring junior talent. • Ability to manage integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc. • Fluent English (written and verbal); excellent client-facing communication.
