• Responsible for driving the sell directly or co-sell with our partners to our medium enterprise customers • Identify their business needs and how our solution can help them to solve them • Navigate through the customers organization to find champions and help them to convince their budget holders • Understand the competitive landscape and successfully position our unique selling points • Guide customers through the procurement, security and legal process with the help of colleagues in various departments until closing the deal
• Proven history of medium enterprise software sales to a wide variety of verticals in the DACH region • Successful experience in SaaS sales • Experience in the Microsoft M365 ecosystem is a plus • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Perfect written and spoken English communication skills, German and other languages are a plus • Self-starter with a true Hunter mentality • Creativity, being able to navigate comfortably in ambiguous situations • Willingness to travel
