• Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business • Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations • Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert • Collaborate with Rentable MavenAI sales development and customer success teams • Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM • Meet and exceed performance metrics • Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings
• 5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role • Multifamily sales experience • Proven track record of success closing deals • Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus • Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
