📋 Description

• Implement Systems: Lead the onboarding process for new properties, including setup, configuration, and integration of revenue management software • Develop Pricing Strategies: Analyze demand, competitor pricing, and market trends to optimize rents, renewals, and ancillary income opportunities • Monitor Performance: Track KPIs such as occupancy rates and rent growth; prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership and clients • Support Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for property teams, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and revenue recommendations • Improve Processes: Audit operational practices, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to revenue management standards • Deliver Training: Help create training programs and materials • Conduct Market Research: Perform ongoing competitor analysis and market assessments to guide pricing decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing recommendations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (advanced functions, modeling, reporting) • Experience with multifamily property management and knowledge of real estate fundamentals • Familiarity with revenue management systems (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, ResMan, etc.) • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions • Proven problem-solving abilities to resolve system, billing, or operational issues • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
