📋 Description

• Respond to and resolve tickets promptly, minimizing operational impact; • Access and manipulate databases for queries, script execution, and troubleshooting; • Unblock and manage process queues; • Analyze source code to identify issues and perform root-cause analysis; • Automate processes and resolve tickets to optimize workflow; • Support systems developed in multiple programming languages (Java, Node.js and Python); • Collaborate with development teams to ensure service continuity; • Maintain and improve monitoring and support scripts.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Level 3 (L3) support or equivalent; • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, and Kotlin; • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); • Experience with database handling and queries (SQL); • Experience with Redis, Grafana, and Airflow; • Ability to run scripts and automate processes to resolve tickets; • Ability to read and analyze code to identify faults and bugs; • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; • Proactive, organized, and results-focused mindset.
