📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions • Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous integration and delivery of projects within established deadlines • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, etc.), ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring application stability and performance • Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes • Use code assistants to accelerate feature development • Create effective prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation • Critically validate AI suggestions before approval

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT • At least 3 years’ experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • Advanced knowledge and experience in C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) • Experience with ASP.NET • Experience with PL/SQL • Experience with Web Services and APIs • Experience with Azure Service Bus and APIM (Azure API Management) • Experience with SQL databases and Oracle • Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban • Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial institutions • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering applied to software development • Knowledge of few-shot prompting and chain-of-thought techniques for code • Understanding of data security and privacy when using public/private AI • Experience with the "Vida Inteira" product • Excellent communication, teamwork, proactivity, and time management skills • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory • Relevant DevOps or IT certifications are a plus
