📋 Description

• Process and resolve customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner. • Provide solutions for customer service requests while demonstrating empathy, professionalism and respect. • Respond primarily to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls as needed. • Input standard customer requests into Company systems. • Involve cross-functional assistance to resolve issues when necessary. • Log and record customer support interactions and update information accurately. • Enter service and route data for billing and route scheduling purposes. • Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and efficiency. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. • Knowledge of the waste management industry. • Experience using bilingual skills in a business environment. • High School diploma or G.E.D. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or other customer service related environment. • Experience working in a team environment. • Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a quarter, SAT 8am -12pm CST. • Must be able to work any 8hr shift between the hours of 6am CST- 6PM CST. • Must be able to manage a high volume of phone interactions in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering exceptional, world-class customer service.
