📋 Description

• Own a book of 30 to 40 clients • Serve as the primary contact for clients via email, Zoom, and phone • Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights • Oversee G/L activity and prepare financial statements • Perform heavy account reconciliations to ensure technical accuracy • Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns and providing clean financials to the tax department • Review transactional work • Ensure monthly accounting activities stay on schedule • Deliver accounting, advisory, tax preparation, and bookkeeping services across the stated role mix

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm is mandatory • CPA or actively pursuing CPA is preferred • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must • Experience with UltraTax is a plus • Strong hands-on tax planning and preparation skills • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work in a client-facing role • Ability to thrive in a self-driven, remote environment • Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients is preferred
