• Previous US BPO / call center experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in structured remote environments
