• Act as primary POC for assigned partners; build multi-thread relationships at corporate and field levels and run governance (monthly working sessions, quarterly QBRs, annual planning) • Translate executive alignment into field execution: pair R365 sellers with partner reps, stand up joint account plans, clear blockers • Build and execute market plays (ICP, talk tracks, outreach sequences) aligned to partner calendars and regional priorities • Operationalize lead routing and attribution, forecast partner-sourced pipeline with RevOps, inspect deals weekly, and accelerate sales cycles • Own annual events plan (roadshows, co-webinars, regional showcases); manage goals, budgets/MDF, staffing, and post-mortems • Drive co-branded campaigns and capture customer stories and ROI proof for partner field use and R365 sellers • Launch partner-specific enablement, deliver trainings, and maintain field kits (territory briefs, event checklists, templates) • Build dashboards/scorecards (leads, meetings, SQLs, win rate, cycle time, sourced/influenced ARR, event ROI), enforce SFDC/PRM hygiene, and own QBR packs • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, Enablement, Product/Strategy, Services/PSM, RevOps, Finance, and Legal • Travel approximately 25-35%
• 6–10+ years in strategic partnerships/channel sales with national partners (POS/payments/distributor/platform or restaurant tech strongly preferred) • Proven record scaling sourced pipeline through partners and hitting revenue targets • Deep familiarity with enterprise + field co-sell motions; strong SFDC/PRM/RevOps discipline • Executive presence and influence without authority—from field rep to C-suite, internal and partner-side • Tools: Salesforce (Leads/Opps/Campaigns/PRM), BI (Looker/Tableau), Google Workspace, Monday/Asana/Jira, Outreach/Salesloft, event platforms
• This position has a salary of $100,000 - $150,000/year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
