📋 Description

• Enter sales orders into the ERP system • Answer phone calls and emails • Maintain organized order records • Demonstrate mastery of company processes and systems • Handle higher-order data entry processes such as invoicing and RMA requests • Pull new sales orders from the inbound list and move them to personal queues for processing • Coordinate shipping to destinations around the country • Inform customers of shipment delays or sales order discrepancies • Provide accurate information regarding product facts and availability, order status, backorder ETAs, and use of online tools • Create order error solutions using knowledge of internal processes and software systems • Communicate with marketing, procurement, warehouse, and outside sales teams • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and additional technical school or collegiate course work • 1 year of experience with phone support, account management, shipping/receiving and data entry • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAGE 100, DocLink, Web Browser • Read/interpret documents • Listen Effectively • Write Reports/Correspondence • Present a calm demeanor • Speak Clearly/Concisely • Interface with the Public • Problem Solving • Independent Judgment • Proactive • Team Player • Flexibility • Ability to Multi-Task
