📋 Description

• The Account Executive / Jr Producer is responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial Marine accounts • Focuses on client service, business development, and strategic placement of insurance solutions • Responsible for placement strategy and implementing the "Fewer & Stronger" market consolidation initiative • Client Management includes overall service, placement strategy, and business development of assigned book of business • Oversees the full renewal process including negotiations and marketing efforts • Manages day-to-day client service by reviewing contracts and ensuring client service expectations are met • Drives growth through cross-selling and account rounding within the assigned house book • Supports Producers on new business prospects • Cultivates strong relationships with partner carriers and intermediaries • Actively participates in corporate initiatives and ensures compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Current and active P&C insurance license • 5+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty insurance &/or brokerage environment • Strong knowledge of Hull, P&I and associated marine lines as well as a demonstrable understanding of other P&C lines • Ability to develop carrier relationships, especially within the Commercial Marine market • Strong negotiation skills
