📋 Description

• Administer the comprehensive HR technology stack, including implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and maintenance • Provide expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining, and assuring the quality of HR data and databases • Administer focal processes including merit and incentive attainment from budget inception through delivery to colleagues • Model and analyze organizational and financial impact during HR initiatives • Lead HR process review, development, and documentation, including job aids • Drive HR internal audit and compliance initiatives and serve as the HR representative for company-wide audits such as SOC and ISO • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve system-related concerns • Maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits for accuracy and consistency • Provide advanced report writing and HR analytics support, including business processes, security roles, and dashboards • Own HR systems training and documentation • Support the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team as a utility player as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of related professional experience with HR systems administration, including hands-on experience with Workday • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies • Functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs and practices is preferred • Crisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.) • Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral form • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities
