📋 Description

• Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls emails and social engagement • Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns events and the website qualifying and routing them appropriately • Partner with Senior AEs and Marketing to prioritize target accounts, industries and events • Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach and uncover potential business needs • Lead effective first conversations with executive decision makers that prime them for next steps and result in scheduled qualification or discovery meetings • Qualify prospects to ensure fit interest and alignment before passing to Senior AEs • Maintain accurate records of activity lead status and opportunity progression in Salesforce • Use the tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha or similar) to manage activity and optimize workflows • Continuously develop sales skills product knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively and consistently meet activity and pipeline goals • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics such as opportunities created or pipeline contribution • Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience working in a consultative sales role • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo (US) or Lusha (EMEA)
